Hello Parents of Kids4Life Children:

Below is some important information regarding new check-in procedures for Kids4Life (effective Sept 11th, 2011).  Please take the time to read it over carefully.

This year the Children’s Ministry will be using a computerized check-in system on Sunday mornings.

Each family will receive name tags for their children as well as two key tags for parents.  Each key tag has a bar code on it to help the check-in process run more smoothly.   Check-in information for all children (babies to grade 5) in your family will be tied to those key tags.  You will need these key tags to check your children in and out each Sunday morning.  Your tags will be ready for you to pick up this Sunday (Aug 28) and next Sunday (Sept 4th) in the lobby, or during the week at the church office.  This should help with congestion on kick-off morning – Sunday, Sept 11th.

Families are being asked to keep their children’s name tags throughout the week and bring them to church with you.  Some ideas of convenient places to keep them would be: in your glove compartment, in a diaper bag or purse or with your Bibles.

Check-in for ages 4 and under will take place upstairs in the entry way to the new area.  Please use the back (west) staircase only when checking your children in and out.  After checking them in (at the supervised kiosk) with your key tag you can take them to their classrooms and then return to the main level by way of the main (east) staircase only.  Upon pick up you will first go to the check-in kiosk, scan your children out with your key tag and then pick them up from their classrooms.

Check-in for Kindergarten to Grade 5 will take place in the basement.  Please use the main (east) staircase only when checking your children in and out.  After checking them in (at the supervised kiosk) with your key tag they can go to their classrooms.  Parents will return to the main level by way of the back (west) staircase only.  Upon pick up you will first go to the check-in kiosk, scan your children out with your key tag and then pick them up from their classrooms.

Please bear with us for the first few weeks as we iron out any kinks.

Children can be dropped off at their classrooms beginning at 10:45.  Pick up time will be 12:15.

If you forget your key tag or your children’s name tags you will have to go to the Visitor’s Check-in window to get temporary tags for that morning.
The Visitor’s Check-in window will be on the main floor.
